I can now say that teaching is like riding a bicycle. You can get back on the seat, do a little peddling and your up and on your way. Yesterday I got back to teaching. It will be an every other Friday for the school year kind of thing. The home-schoolers from the area have a co-op that meets at our church every other Friday where the moms all teach different subjects. Being as I have Friday mornings free and tons of science background, even one of those paper things you frame and put on the wall saying that someone somewhere thinks I can teach, they asked me to teach science. I loved it…. it was great and awesome and grand. I loved being back up in front of a class teaching something that I love. I am even told that I was a hit with the students, not something I strive for, but always an indicator of success on some level. However while I was teaching I kept seeing more and more where God wants me to be. Teaching the same generation about something I love even more then science, teaching them about Him. God has really moved in my life over the past year, and as hard as some of the things have been, I feel that I am a better citizen of His Kingdom and I know that Brooke and I have a much closer relationship then we would have had otherwise. God is amazing.
