If you are comfortable...so is the baby. If sleeping on your back could really hurt the baby....many of us wouldn't be here today. As your pregnancy progresses - try not to sneeze in public. I fondly refer to it as gestational water, but that is just a fancy way of saying the sneeze causes the baby to sit firmly upon your bladder and even if you think it is empty - it can cause a multitude of people to think your water just broke and quite embarrassing for you. Just look them in the eye and say "oh don't worry - I have gestational water". People have heard of gestational diabetes, etc, so they seem to accept this answer completely unaware of what the diagnosis really is.... just trying to keep you from being surprised! :) by the way - You are such a beautiful pregnant lady - I have squashed my urge to rub your belly since I don't know you that well.
